Refund policy

We do not provide a warranty on any Woodwardian products at this time. You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your order before shipping or if your item is delivered damaged. In the unfortunate case this happens, please email us on salescontactinfo@woodwardian.com with photographic proof of damage and we will offer a replacement or refund when you have sent your item for return. This window is open for up to 4 days after delivery.
